New Child Registration Form

This form is for new families coming to Radiant who would like their child to attend our Radiant Kids Sunday classes. Please be sure to add each child in the "Household Members" section. After you are done, your child will be entered into our system; making the registration process easier when you visit us!

Please note that this does not preregister your child for classes. Registration begins 15 minutes before service starts.
